Unsung Hero Award at Eco Veggie Fayre
You may not have heard of Tim Barford, but you will have heard of the Bristol Vegan Fayre and nationwide Eco Veggie Fayres. Timbo is the driving force behind all these, bringing veganism and eco-conscienceness to the masses like no one else, so has been awarded the Activeg Unsung Vegan Hero Award 2010. The prize was two nights bed, breakfast and dinner for two people at the luxurious Lancrigg Hotel in the Lakes.
Dairy-free Easter goodies and inspiration

Nick and Linda's very special vegan wedding
Last month Nick and Linda, 2 of our wonderful group, said their vows in a glorious Oxfordshire setting. The 2 meals at the celebration were completely vegan and completely delicious, supplied by Veg Out who had come all the way from Eastbourne.
Wanted: veggie or vegan runner for charity race
You don't have to be fast, just willing to do two 5km runs through gorgeous local countryside on Sunday 13th May. Ideally you are veggie or vegan to make it a veggie team, but this is not essential.
