Description
Before you start feeling hungry this place is not great for vegan food and not a lot better for veggie food either. The menu highlight is the veggie burger which is reportedly vegan.
Other than that its chips and salad I believe.
(There are a few cheese based thing that are labeled veggie but I don't know if the cheese and eggs meet the criteria.)
BUT we list it for its good range of vegan bottled beers and ciders.

Leffe Blond
Budweiser
Budvar (might just be veggie)
Staropramen
Becks
Westons Oakwood cider
Organic Vintage cider
Old Rosie cider
Keeping up with the vegan status of beers is a nightmare, so if things change please let us know.
And, of course, its Reading's only smoke-free pub.

"We visit this pub about once a month. It is a typical JDWetherspoons, superb value, great choice of drinks, nut roast on Sundays. They now have Plasma TV's no sound so not so bad. "
