Directions
From Westminster tube, cross over to the Houses of Parliament and walk South down the road in front of them which then runs alongside Victoria Gardens and the River Thames. This road is initially part of Parliament Square, then becomes Abingdon Street and finally Millbank. Continue down here until you find the march. It will be obvious. The photo here shows the fountain monument in Victoria Tower Gardens. Millbank runs alongside this park and on down beside the river for a couple of bridges.
