Just Trading is a new shop in the centre of Wallingford supplying fair trade goods, organic wholefoods, environmental products (including paint and cleaning materials) and information.
It is a workers’ co-operative aiming to make it easier for people to obtain fairly traded items and adopt a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. They supply high quality food, clothes, paper and household products and gifts.
Treating the environment with respect and dealing fairly with people who produce their food and clothes are important to them.
They are a very short walk from Waitrose so you can check them out before submitting to the giant! Please do submit reviews of this new entry so we can get a feel for it.

Sophie 2006-11-27 10:51:30This has one of the best collections of eco-friendly household cleaning products in the area. They stock Eco-Lino (including dishwasher powder) – my favourite make, and BioD which is also very good. Both are vegan and far superior in effectiveness to Ecover, which they also sell.
