The fantastically popular veggie & vegan roadshow by Viva! hits Reading this Saturday!
Come along
Only £1 entry (free for under 10's) and everything you ever wanted to know about going, being or staying veggie/vegan. A brilliant family day out, there will be food tastings, cookery demonstrations, talks, free diet and health advice, stalls, competitions, vegan fashion, beauty products, books, vegan & dairy-free food products, information and campaign news.
Whether you like any excuse to eat free food and shop, want tasty foods that get round your food intollerance, or like to help the environment and animals, then this is the event for you.
All you have to do is turn up.

We'll have a stand and also will be helping Viva! to man the event in all sorts of ways, as well as giving it publicity beforehand. You are needed - there will be things to do for everyone.
