Forbury Fever, Reading's World Environment Day
Again Reading Borough Council will mark World Environment Day with Forbury Fever, a family-friendly and fun event in a central Reading park.
T3V will have an inspiration stall (with a big green canopy) at the event and we are seeking volunteers to help run it and to join a picnic together too. Fun ideas welcome!

Forbury Gardens are right in the centre of Reading, not far from the town hall and less than 5 minutes walk from the station.
From the station as a pedestrian, turn left out of the main entrance, go along beside where the rail-air buses park and head towards a mini roundabout, go straight across that almost to a large roundabout. Cross your road at the pedestrian crossing, turn left and follow the pavement. You will find Forbury Gardens on your left, with a huge lion statue in the middle.
