Description
We were invited again onto the family meal for a fiver (£5) slot on BBC Radio Berkshire with Debbie McGee on Sunday late morning. Zuki and Sophie have devised a refreshing healthy two-course meal for 4. Hear more on the radio, and see below & our recipes section for details of how to make the dishes yourself. Zuki aged 8 and Tatum aged 5 were on air too to explain how they made their bits!
The meal consists of cashew nut pate, happy kids' salad and home-made multi-seed bread, followed by rhubarb and strawberry fool.
