Eat Vegan in Berkshire
Berkshire and around is a really easy area in which to eat vegan. Here are some top tips from Thames Valley Veggies (T3V) to get you started:
- Eat out and eat in using the T3V location listings
- Get veganising recipe ideas from the Veggie Snow website
- Book a place at a T3V event - you don't even need to be veggie and you'll meet a lot different people to talk to and make friends with
- Shop anywhere, including supermarkets, with the help of the wonderful pocket guide - the Animal Free Shopper
Ask T3V for any help and
advice - we can mentor you to help make the transition to eating
and being vegan a doddle and a really enjoyable experience
too!- We can even give talks and cookery demonstrations.
So if you want to try being vegan for a meal, a day, a week or for life, you've got all the help you'll need right here in the Thames Valley.
