The slow drip drip of customer demand is a wonderfully effective way of changing what is provided. The strategy of being polite and informative, and ideally speaking to someone as far up the management chain as you can, works a treat.
what you can do
Choose any place you like to or would like to be supplied by, shop at or eat at. Inform them of what you want and why it is in their interest (other people like you, niche market etc). Also, check out who we have already encouraged, and join in with that too in any way you can.
